I’m Alan Stoddard, the creator and host of this podcast. Today I have Kirk Storseth on our conversation docket. Kirk is the Director of communications a Chick-fil-A in Granbury, Texas, but the interesting thing is he’s also the worship pastor at Mambrino Baptist Church also here in Granbury.
I had the pleasure of working for Kirk in the past, and wanted to pick his brain about what the church can do to better serve and create a Chick-Fil-A culture of serving in the local church.
Kirk is a graduate of Southwestern Seminary and Southern Seminary, where, at the latter school, he is working on a doctoral degree also.
In this podcast, Kirk walks us through Chick-fil-A is positive influence culture and how it can transform a church staff and ministry team culture.
He gives three things that can help us .
- Treat all people with honor, dignity, and respect.
- Develop a culture of humility.
- Start at the top and work your way down.
