408. How Do I Live Out The Call of God?

Do you know where you belong in the Body of Christ? We often use the phrase "the calling of God" to describe God's will for our lives. What is it? How do I learn what it is for my life? How do I live out the call of God? On today's episode of Lead2serve, Pastors Ed & Bob talk about this and other subjects to help narrow down the focus of your life. Be sure to subscribe and share this episode. It helps a lot.

00:00:05
Here's Ed Taylor with today's episode of lead to serve a

00:00:08
leadership podcast. Hey welcome again to another

00:00:14
episode of the lead to serve podcast or so encouraged by all

00:00:19
the feedback you guys have been sharing.

00:00:21
You've been texting the text number 7, 2016, 08 00, 12 and we

00:00:29
love to hear from you. Be a text, you can email Ed Ed

00:00:32
Ed, Taylor dot-org. You've been calling in and

00:00:36
leaving messages. Thank you, guys, we're also

00:00:39
taking your topics. Today's topic is something that

00:00:42
Someone asked for and we'll get to in a moment.

00:00:44
But the lead to serve podcast is time that we sit down together

00:00:50
and we talked about Ministry and the view that I have in my mind

00:00:55
is that you're sitting across the table with me.

00:00:58
We're talking Ministry. We're talking about things just

00:01:01
really not scripted, as much as what comes to mind.

00:01:06
What are best practices and for this season, we specifically

00:01:10
included Pastor Bob, Clay Camp. So I want to welcome Bob to the

00:01:15
program again, welcome Bob. Yes, it's great to be with you.

00:01:18
He remind us again. How many years you have been in?

00:01:22
What would be considered full-time Ministry?

00:01:24
Well probably just a little bit after I accepted Christ back in

00:01:28
1969. We got involved with the youth

00:01:32
ministry that came out of Calvary Chapel, Costa Mesa and

00:01:36
in those Christian houses, that were running all across the

00:01:39
country, at the time, and the 70s, and then also, Also

00:01:42
teaching at the foundational. Bible School in that youth

00:01:45
ministry for four and a half years.

00:01:47
And so that for the most part it's been full-time, started

00:01:53
pastoring in 1981, but involved in Ministry since the early 70s.

00:02:00
Let's say, so we're talking early 70s not you were saved in

00:02:05
69 so you wouldn't you when you do the math, you wouldn't go

00:02:09
back. So I kind of go back to when I

00:02:11
was saved. Even though I Have like official

00:02:14
pastoral responsibilities. I mean, I started serving and I

00:02:18
guess full-time is not that everything is full time ministry

00:02:22
that probably could be a topic on an episode to.

00:02:24
But so you're looking at 50 years, 40 years.

00:02:27
What would you say to someone? It would be probably 50.

00:02:31
It's 53 years. Yeah.

00:02:33
Yes. A wealth of information I

00:02:35
bought. I've enjoyed this season.

00:02:36
I've enjoyed serving with you the last few years side by side.

00:02:40
And this, this If new podcast with you being on it has been

00:02:44
really good this dialogue format.

00:02:47
And by the way, besides all the feedback that we've been getting

00:02:49
Bob, the one of the one of the one that's repetitive is that

00:02:54
people are really liking the dialogue.

00:02:56
The way it's changed into a discussion bouncing ideas off of

00:03:00
two people. So, thanks for joining me.

00:03:01
I know it takes a lot of effort llege.

00:03:05
Well, our topic today building, you know, we're kind of

00:03:08
building. It might sound, like, there's no

00:03:11
Rhyme or Reason. There's definitely a Rhyme or

00:03:13
Reason we're trying to build on one another.

00:03:15
On the topics last week, we talked about a real hard one, or

00:03:19
I'd say, the last episode and that is like-mindedness

00:03:23
submission and how hard people have such a hard time with

00:03:28
submission. And I think probably the number

00:03:30
one reason is just the abuse that takes place or has taken

00:03:34
placed within the body of Christ.

00:03:36
Not talking, regular mistakes. I mean, in 50 years, I'm sure

00:03:39
that you've made your sure fair share.

00:03:42
Mistakes and I know. Yeah.

00:03:44
And I you know what, I would say in relation to submission is in

00:03:48
my 30 years of ministry. I would say I made my first

00:03:50
share of mistakes and the mistakes that I'm thinking of,

00:03:54
in particular, are ones that hurt people.

00:03:57
We're yeah, we made a bad decision or had a bad day or and

00:04:03
I'm not minimizing it like we've resolved it, we've repented from

00:04:06
it. We've tried to work out

00:04:07
everything with the person that was on the other side.

00:04:10
But I think any time You get people together, there's going

00:04:13
to be friction, there's going to be difficulty and so we talked

00:04:17
about that last week. If you listen to the podcast,

00:04:21
the feedback you guys gave, thank you for that today, we

00:04:24
want to shift gears a little bit and the topic is fulfilling

00:04:28
God's call upon your life. And there are so many angles

00:04:35
that we could take with this Bob, but I think I want to start

00:04:37
with you. And just ask this question,

00:04:41
what? It is God's call upon your life.

00:04:44
What is that? Exactly.

00:04:45
And I don't mean you personally, but like somebody listening and

00:04:47
like, what does that mean? Yeah, it to me, you have to

00:04:53
start with the general parameters and that's obedience

00:04:57
to the words of the Lord Jesus to the Council of the Apostle

00:05:02
Paul where you make a decision to order your life, according to

00:05:06
the world view of scripture rather than the society and you

00:05:11
lived that out in your everyday, live it out in your family, you

00:05:16
live it out in your marriage. You live it out in your

00:05:18
workplace and and, And then as you continue on there are

00:05:25
certain desires that come up as you're interacting with other

00:05:30
people where for myself it was wanting to take the word of God

00:05:37
and communicate it simply and accurately and then bring it to

00:05:42
real life rather than just have it be a university class.

00:05:47
But what does this look like in my life and there?

00:05:51
There are different avenues that God begins to take that broader

00:05:56
picture and then refine it in his particular gifting whether

00:06:01
it's evangelism or whether it's the gift of helps and service or

00:06:07
the gift of administration, things like that.

00:06:10
I like how you tie it in with gifting because the call of God

00:06:14
is going to be directly related to how he made you the gift, the

00:06:19
spiritual giftings that you have The natural abilities that have

00:06:23
been developed in your life. And I think of it this way, I

00:06:26
was reminded of the, as you were talking, I was reminded of this

00:06:29
scripture. Paul, the Apostle is writing to

00:06:32
the church in Philippi. And he uses this phrase, We

00:06:36
emphasize the the other parts of this paragraph so much that we

00:06:39
may miss the little phrase here in Philippians 3:14 because he's

00:06:43
talking about having perfect haven't attained.

00:06:46
I'm not already perfected, but I press on.

00:06:49
Why God lay hold of me. I Don't count count myself to

00:06:53
apprehended. But one thing I do, I forget the

00:06:54
things behind reaching for I ended up reading the whole

00:06:57
thing, reaching forward to those things which are ahead.

00:07:00
And then he says, verse 14, I press toward the goal for the

00:07:05
prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

00:07:12
And there is upward call of God in Christ Jesus that I get if we

00:07:17
had to If we had to explain it within culture today, it's all

00:07:22
these voices, all these thoughts, all these emotions and

00:07:25
you hear God, his call upon your life, it is, I guess the

00:07:31
ultimate purpose for Why God has placed you on this Earth.

00:07:37
And to me it's necessary that you know this that you have some

00:07:42
kind of clarity to this. I think of the calling of being

00:07:46
a mom I The calling of being a firefighter.

00:07:50
I think of the calling of being a pastor and I know that when we

00:07:54
use Christian language, it could easily be, it could easily be

00:07:59
interpreted like, well then the only call of God is pastoral

00:08:03
Ministry, but the call of God is much broader than pastoral

00:08:07
Ministry. Absolutely.

00:08:10
What? Let's walk through Bob, let's

00:08:11
walk through. How first of all, how did you

00:08:15
know, how did you come to know? God's call upon your life, it

00:08:21
was too, not just one thing, but several things there were those

00:08:27
that would come to me and say, it seems that you've got this

00:08:32
gifting and every time you use it, there's there's fruit in it.

00:08:36
And the second thing is there is a long-standing desire in your

00:08:41
heart to be used in a particular Avenue, or particular way.

00:08:47
And then also, Circumstances can come into it, where there's

00:08:51
opportunities that just seem to pop up and you step into those

00:08:55
opportunities and that gifting seems to seems to come out.

00:09:00
I know I've been placed in situations where I had to be

00:09:05
like an evangelist which is really not a strong gifting of

00:09:09
mine, but yet in the circumstance, God can bestow

00:09:14
that particular gifting for that particular season.

00:09:17
And then You know, it's just that one that one time and it

00:09:23
worked as a times, you try it. And it's like Gust, he just

00:09:29
doesn't come come out, but there's that multiple

00:09:36
long-standing desire, the affirmation of others that are

00:09:40
watching your life and affirming, those giftings.

00:09:44
And then you see the fruit in the lives of other people by

00:09:48
using that get I think that when you when a person approaches

00:09:54
this in new believer or just getting involved in serving or

00:10:00
like, you know, on our podcast its leadership and servanthood

00:10:04
that we can over spiritualize things to the point where we

00:10:08
don't, we don't acknowledge that.

00:10:11
God, he uses very natural means to accomplish the Supernatural,

00:10:16
and yes, the reality of where we are in our walk with the Lord,

00:10:22
we have to ask You know, number one, what comes naturally in

00:10:25
your life? Like because you're going to

00:10:27
want to, you're going to want to be used in a way where what God

00:10:33
is doing, very naturally, like you have a, an affinity for

00:10:38
numbers or you can fix cars or fix things or your, you can read

00:10:45
your studious. There's the natural realm, and

00:10:48
then there's the supernatural realm, where God will, then

00:10:52
bestow upon a man. Nor a woman Supernatural gifts,

00:10:57
which is another passage of scripture that came to mind.

00:11:01
When I was thinking of this call, I was thinking of Timothy

00:11:04
where Paul would tell him to meditate on these things.

00:11:08
Give yourself entirely to them. That your progress may be

00:11:11
evident to all, take heed to yourself, And to the doctrine

00:11:16
continuing them, for doing this, you will say both yourself and

00:11:19
those who hear you and that was in follow-up to his exhortation

00:11:24
in the verse prior where he said, do not neglect the gift

00:11:28
that was in you, which was given to you by prophecy by the laying

00:11:31
hands on the eldership. You have the natural bent, you

00:11:34
have the supernatural gifting and then like you.

00:11:37
Like you had added the affirmation of the leadership

00:11:42
and say, I see this in you, I see fruit In your life and

00:11:46
you're looking for, what is God blessing?

00:11:48
What is God? Not blessing.

00:11:50
And I think of, I think of, in my own life, new believer, very

00:11:54
eager, I'm an all-in, kind of guy like like Peter, you know,

00:11:59
probably be very impetuous back then not so much now.

00:12:02
But, but as a new believer, I definitely was all in.

00:12:06
And so I'm just going to do whatever Pastor tells us to do

00:12:09
whatever he teaches. I want to obey it and I end up

00:12:12
taking some classes and serving in.

00:12:15
The children's ministry and I didn't think I would last in the

00:12:19
children's ministry because I didn't want to serve kids.

00:12:24
That was yeah that there was a piece of my life.

00:12:27
As I had a baby at home and they put me in, they assign me to the

00:12:31
nursery. So I got crying babies at

00:12:34
church. I got a crying baby at home and

00:12:35
I didn't want to serve the kids because I wanted to, I wanted

00:12:41
to, I wanted to serve a large group of adults.

00:12:43
I was in a very large Church. So I thought, man, if I'm going

00:12:47
to use my life, I want to serve a large group of adults and what

00:12:50
God did through the children's ministry, which is another

00:12:54
element of discovering your call.

00:12:57
Is he had to deal with a lot of pride in my life of who are you

00:13:02
serving exactly at, are you serving me?

00:13:04
God would say, are you serving your own desires?

00:13:07
And I have to say that some of the most fruitful Ministry,

00:13:10
besides pastoring, this church here, some of the most fruitful

00:13:13
Ministry in my life was serving those.

00:13:15
Kids. Yeah, I learned so much about

00:13:18
love and care and ministering to kids who don't care if you know

00:13:21
the Greek or the Hebrew, they don't they're not impressed if

00:13:24
you drop a new theological term on them, but they really are

00:13:27
impressed when you care about them and love them and serve

00:13:31
them and their parents and their grandparents and clean up their

00:13:34
messes. And all of the things that both

00:13:37
physically and spiritually, I really do by the, as a side

00:13:42
note, just like, in everyday life, I was talking.

00:13:45
You the couple that is has taken over our children's ministry

00:13:48
recently and I've got these ideas for retooling, how we

00:13:54
minister to kids here? And as I was talking to them, in

00:13:57
my office, we were having such a great time brainstorming and

00:14:00
dreaming and what could God do. And then I looked at them and I

00:14:03
said, man, if I could do this, I would do it.

00:14:06
I would, if I had the time, I would love to be in the position

00:14:12
you guys are in right now, because I think this, This is

00:14:15
the pivot so much at least for our church.

00:14:18
There's going to be a major pivot coming that I don't know

00:14:21
how exactly we're going to get there but a major pivot coming

00:14:25
on how we minister to kids and their parents through our

00:14:28
children's ministry. But all that to say is I was

00:14:31
shocked, as it just came out. It's like man, this desire

00:14:34
within me was like, man, I would love to have a full-time

00:14:38
commitment to the children's ministry be and with this new

00:14:41
project because it's going to require a lot of A lot of the

00:14:47
dependence and leaning on the Lord and lot of mistakes are

00:14:52
going to be made, trying to determine how can we equip the

00:14:55
parents and the kids. But children's ministry was one

00:14:57
way, just do it. So I think the piece about

00:15:00
children's ministry that I think is relevant to our discussion.

00:15:03
Today is just this, you need to be obedient to the leaders that

00:15:07
got put in your life and that will help you discover your

00:15:09
calling. Yeah, that's right.

00:15:11
It's fascinating to look back over the years and just see how

00:15:15
How God has used different involvement to lay a preparation

00:15:22
for future use? I know that for myself it when I

00:15:27
was in high school before, I was even a believer, I was very

00:15:30
quiet. Didn't talk much, my girlfriend

00:15:33
was now my wife. She talked all the time.

00:15:36
So I didn't have to talk and as soon as she said, one time, how

00:15:41
come you don't say anything? And I said well, I'm going to

00:15:43
open this way. You doing a fine job but after I

00:15:49
accepted the Lord, there was a time when the Holy Spirit just

00:15:54
spoke to my heart and said, Bob you need to get consciously

00:15:57
involved. You need to step up and I found

00:16:01
myself because of circumstances having to get a sales job

00:16:05
selling shoes, in Springfield, Oregon, logger boots of all

00:16:10
things. And so I had to interact with

00:16:13
people. If it was like the Lord, you Use

00:16:15
those things. I even sold cars for 5 months.

00:16:18
I mean who would buy a car from me?

00:16:20
So, but I look back and I see, you know, Ethan the the mundane

00:16:26
things and I sold insurance for a while as well, starve to

00:16:30
death. But those those things God uses

00:16:35
to pull you out, God uses to prepare you for his use later on

00:16:42
and I had no idea that be pastoring a church.

00:16:45
Store teaching the Bible all the time and and being in front of

00:16:49
people, I've never met before larger group smaller groups, and

00:16:54
I'm just such a different person now than I was back then because

00:16:59
of those preparation times that Seasons, that God puts you in,

00:17:05
to develop what he wants for later on, that would add to

00:17:09
another layer of fulfilling your call and moving forward.

00:17:13
And in that is faithfulness, Faithfulness where you are?

00:17:17
I think we have we have all most of us have been sidetracked over

00:17:23
the years, looking ahead to something that we don't have

00:17:27
wanting it, maybe even coveting, coveting, Ministry, coveting

00:17:32
position, coveting. Something else somebody is what

00:17:36
someone else has or what someone else is doing.

00:17:38
Social media is blown that completely out of proportion.

00:17:41
When you read, or when you, when you're scrolling through,

00:17:44
someone's Light real, nobody, you know, when you're posting a

00:17:47
picture on Instagram or whatever, your, you're always

00:17:49
showing a full room, nobody showing the room, when five

00:17:52
people show up, or when there's a church split, or you just had

00:17:56
that hard meeting with leadership, and they got mad at

00:17:59
you and and left and slam the door and broke the window or

00:18:03
nobody's posting. That kind of stuff.

00:18:05
I don't think we should, but my point is that, when there's a

00:18:10
and somebody says, Ed, do they really close slam the door and

00:18:12
break the window? Yes.

00:18:14
Yes, that happens. But it's Ministry can be super

00:18:18
hard and people get really mad and they just at any rate and

00:18:22
different, another topic for another time.

00:18:24
But the, when you reading someone's highlight reel, and

00:18:27
you go, oh, look at me, or look at what I don't have and you

00:18:30
miss the fact. Don't know know what you have is

00:18:34
from the Lord and those. Yeah, I was thinking of that

00:18:39
even we're finishing up Easter here.

00:18:41
A few weeks ago when we're recording this.

00:18:45
It's pretty close to Easter but it's when it drops its going to

00:18:47
be a couple weeks from Easter. And and I felt the need because

00:18:50
the Easter is like, so what we call Resurrection weekend, it's

00:18:54
a pastor's dream because you're adding Services.

00:18:57
The place is packed. The build properties, full of

00:19:00
life and that can get to a pastor's head.

00:19:04
The number one, those that study these things.

00:19:07
The number one weekend, our Sunday of attendance is Easter.

00:19:12
And then the the least attended week is week After Easter week

00:19:16
after. Yeah.

00:19:17
And I believe that's because the we as Leaders we have to have a

00:19:22
dose of reality and it's not about the numbers or what

00:19:26
someone else is doing. It's about what's in front of us

00:19:29
and you know, it's required in a steward Paul said in First

00:19:33
Corinthians to be found faithful and it's some of you guys listen

00:19:37
to us right now you just have to trust us, is your early on, you

00:19:41
don't like what you're doing. You don't like the guy you're

00:19:43
working for. You don't like the city.

00:19:45
You live in you don't like you can you could list out all the

00:19:48
things that are frustrating. You rubbing you the wrong way.

00:19:51
But I assure you in the Lord five years from now 10 years

00:19:55
from now. If the Lord doesn't come back,

00:19:57
you're going to look back and you go, oh, oh, I learned this

00:20:00
in that season and I learned that in this season and I'm

00:20:03
like, what why did I make such a big deal?

00:20:05
But why did I waste my time or? And because I can look back.

00:20:08
I was just in a one simple thing, Bob thinking about my

00:20:12
calling. Now, I met.

00:20:14
I was greeting this week. And I met a young lady who's a

00:20:17
police dispatcher for the Aurora PD here in Colorado, and we're

00:20:21
just talking about life and how hard it can be to dispatch and

00:20:24
how stressful it is very stressful job.

00:20:27
I dispatch I was a dispatcher for many many years and I just

00:20:31
encouraged her. It was real quick and I said,

00:20:33
but you know what God has you doing right now?

00:20:36
You have no idea what he's training you and how he's

00:20:39
preparing you for what's up ahead because the one thing I

00:20:42
learned of all the things that I learned but one thing It comes

00:20:45
to mind is how how every day I would have to answer.

00:20:49
I don't know, 50, 100, I don't even know how many phone calls

00:20:52
150 calls a day and I would have to learn how to take control

00:20:56
that get the information I needed.

00:20:59
Calm the person down, get them in a place where they could

00:21:02
receive any instructions that I have and then get somebody to go

00:21:05
help them, you know, all in the span of, I don't know, minute or

00:21:08
two. I mean quick.

00:21:09
Yeah. And that was, and I didn't and I

00:21:12
didn't like that job at all. I despised it I felt like I

00:21:17
needed to be somewhere else. But, you know, God said, this is

00:21:20
why I want you to add and and used, you learn what you got to

00:21:23
learn here and then I'll show you later what I'm going to use

00:21:27
all that for, and I think that's in it.

00:21:30
That's really important. What you shared?

00:21:32
No II. Just I see that and I mean, who

00:21:36
could put that together. There are the Lord hides it on

00:21:40
purpose because he doesn't, he he just wants us to go through

00:21:45
the Training, its boot camp and what there's so many things we

00:21:48
go through that. We don't like, we don't

00:21:51
understand why am I in this discipline and we always see the

00:21:55
negative or we want the Comfort. We want the convenience and it's

00:21:59
not there and the Lord is just trying to train us what bring

00:22:02
his army were called Were Soldiers.

00:22:05
We have the armor of God for a battle and we have to go through

00:22:10
that training or it won't end up well with, for us, I The, I like

00:22:16
that basic training picture because it's hard.

00:22:19
It's challenging. And I think every season is

00:22:22
Pastor Chuck taught us, you know, everything we're going

00:22:24
through today is in preparation for what's up ahead?

00:22:26
That Never Ends. We don't arrive with our

00:22:29
document that says here we are. We graduated we graduated Bible

00:22:33
College, we graduated Seminary which neither one of you you or

00:22:37
me, can't come because we didn't do any of that.

00:22:40
So we don't even have that document but it's ongoing.

00:22:43
It doesn't end when you walk the stage.

00:22:45
And receive your diploma life life is the school and God's

00:22:50
teaching us through. So with that in mind Bob just a

00:22:53
couple things as we wind down today just a real good

00:22:56
conversation about maybe maybe the conversation kind of Twisted

00:23:00
a little bit on a on a good pivot to say, hey look today

00:23:04
God's doing something and it is fulfilling the call that he has

00:23:08
upon your life. Like where you are right now is

00:23:12
God's call upon your life and be faithful until he Gives further

00:23:16
Direction, but can you think of one or two things that would

00:23:20
help a person listening? You know, if they were in the

00:23:22
conversation with us, can you think of one or two things that

00:23:25
would help them in the position that they're in right now?

00:23:30
Whether they like it or not, maybe you give one where you

00:23:31
like it and you give another one, where you don't like it to

00:23:34
be faithful. And to take that next step in

00:23:37
fulfilling the call of God for their life.

00:23:39
Well, I think that, if right now you're in a good season in your

00:23:44
life, be an observer to take a look at what's going on the fact

00:23:52
that you haven't really deserved it, you haven't earned it, God's

00:23:56
blessings on your life are never earned.

00:24:00
They are distributions of his grace and there's something to

00:24:05
learn in times of abounding and there's something to learn.

00:24:09
Learn in times of being a base, and going through difficulties.

00:24:14
And many times, when you're going through difficulties, you

00:24:18
don't have the reasons that you demand, and you can't get them.

00:24:23
And you don't understand. And you can jump to conclusions,

00:24:26
which is like jumping off a cliff.

00:24:29
You don't, you don't have the answers.

00:24:31
So you're just waiting for more information and we don't like

00:24:36
the weight. We want things done and wrapped

00:24:38
up. And if you're in that situation

00:24:42
right now where you don't like where you are, you've been

00:24:45
praying for God to move you, you've been, you'll be some of

00:24:49
you married have even asked God to take your wife because you

00:24:55
just can't handle it anymore. And I just want you to know that

00:24:58
God is speaking to you. Saying, you're missing the point

00:25:04
and He will give you the grace and the wisdom and the strength

00:25:10
to not, just endure, but to see the core issue going on, that's

00:25:16
causing all of this behavior and Outburst.

00:25:20
The bottom bog. I pause here for a second.

00:25:22
Like I sense maybe you can clarify for us but I sense like

00:25:27
there was a prophetic word that you just shared and I want to

00:25:31
clarify it and maybe you can clarify what God just put on

00:25:34
your heart to say. But you Utes, you spoke of

00:25:37
someone listening that says that has this thought take my wife,

00:25:42
can you, elaborate is the Lord, Sharon is.

00:25:44
There something specific? The Lord is giving you?

00:25:48
What came to mind? As I was just talking off the

00:25:51
top of my head and my aunt was a picture of a man who is secretly

00:25:57
in this car. Just asking God to take his wife

00:26:01
because he's so frustrated and he wants out well and he's at

00:26:05
the Become self. And the Lord is saying, listen,

00:26:08
you can do this in my strength but you're missing the real

00:26:14
issue, the real issue isn't the conflict, the issue is what's

00:26:20
going on deep inside of you and your wife in these are symptoms.

00:26:25
It's not the core issue. And so, I just want to encourage

00:26:29
you listening here. That ask the Lord to show you

00:26:35
behind. Behind the scenes behind the

00:26:37
curtain, what is the Rock and the shoe that's causing all the

00:26:41
angst? Well and I would say alongside

00:26:44
Bob if if you are listening right now, it could go husband

00:26:48
to wife, it could be wife to husband, but if that describes

00:26:52
you, especially as it relates to Leading and serving and life,

00:26:56
please ask for help, you know that God could enter like you

00:27:02
would invite Godlike, even listening to the podcast.

00:27:04
I think you're inviting. God into your life.

00:27:07
And now there's a prophetic word like there's a Rhema word for

00:27:11
you that describes a real place of frustration.

00:27:14
A real place of, I like that word angst.

00:27:16
I think that after the pandemic angst has been tremendously

00:27:22
increased Among Us for a variety of reasons.

00:27:25
And I think that with that, we're going to come to the end

00:27:29
of the podcast today. So we're going to end on that

00:27:31
note. And that note is a very powerful

00:27:33
one that there are crises that come from serving and they

00:27:38
include marriage crises and just add it.

00:27:42
Just the Lord giving a word for someone listening or many people

00:27:46
listening to this that, please ask for help because it doesn't

00:27:50
get better. If you continue down, like Bob

00:27:53
said, taking care of things in your flesh and on your own.

00:27:57
So we're going to pause now. Bob, thanks again for being with

00:28:00
