406. Limping Along But Still Serving Well

In today's episode, Pastor Ed Taylor and Pastor Bob Claycamp discuss the ongoing challenge of serving well while hurting. Serving can be one of the most painful things a person chooses to do, but will that hurt stop you? It's essential to learn to endure hardships like slander, gossip, betrayal, dishonesty, and a whole host of other challenging scenarios you will encounter. God will give you the strength to limp along while still serving well. The limp is not a good reason to stop serving. Listen in and share.

00:00:05
Welcome to today's broadcast of lead to serve a leadership

00:00:08
podcast with Ed Taylor. We welcome again to another

00:00:13
edition of the lead to serve podcast.

00:00:17
My name is Ed Taylor. And I Pastor here at Calvary

00:00:20
Church in Aurora, Colorado and we have the privilege of putting

00:00:25
this podcast together every week to talk about leadership.

00:00:29
And Servanthood how they go together.

00:00:33
You know, we want to learn how to serve.

00:00:34
Well then we're going to lead well and then if we lead, well,

00:00:39
we're going to absolutely serve well and on this particular

00:00:43
season, I've had in studio with me and I want to welcome again,

00:00:47
Pastor. Bob Clay Camp, welcome, Bob.

00:00:51
Hey, it's great to be with you again, you can hear the, the

00:00:55
technology or his voice. Sounds a little bit different

00:00:58
because we haven't been able to be in studio.

00:01:01
We're doing this by telephone on this episode and the next one at

00:01:06
the least because Pastor Bob has been on assignment and we didn't

00:01:10
anticipate necessarily the assignment how long it would be

00:01:14
and we didn't know how long it would be.

00:01:16
And so, he still on assignment and I think as we step Today's

00:01:21
episode Bob we've got the topic of leading with a limp and

00:01:26
before we get into the topic, though, why don't you fill us in

00:01:30
very briefly of what On Assignment means?

00:01:34
What's the ministry? You are a part of, I mean, I

00:01:36
know you're on our team here and you're a phenomenal addition to

00:01:40
our team, but you are also in a Ministry.

00:01:43
You also have a Ministry that you do.

00:01:45
Why don't you tell everyone listening?

00:01:47
A little bit about that and what your assignment is right now,

00:01:50
sure. I pastored for about twenty,

00:01:52
nine years in Phoenix, in the north part of Phoenix and then

00:01:57
turn that church over to our Second Son.

00:02:01
The board voted for him to take the church and so, that freed up

00:02:05
my wife and I to go around and be able to help out other

00:02:08
pastors and wives all around the world.

00:02:12
Actually, at how it ended up and the ministry that were a part of

00:02:16
it's called pointman Ministries, and the word pointman is, Angela

00:02:21
sighs, Greek word Point, may know which means to Shepherd or

00:02:25
pastor and our there's about 13 pastors and wives that are

00:02:31
longtime Calvary. Chapel pastors that are hard is

00:02:34
to go around and to assist other pastors and wives.

00:02:38
Whether it's to just provide encouragement, or maybe a set of

00:02:43
fresh eyes coming into their Church, to see what things can

00:02:47
be freshened up and changed and the Station goes only to the

00:02:52
senior pastor and other times we step into a situation where

00:02:56
there's a transition that needs to be done for various reasons

00:03:01
and that kind of transition is what my wife and I are involved

00:03:05
in up here in Northern Colorado, in a community called Windsor

00:03:10
Colorado, the pastor and his wife died in a tragic car,

00:03:14
accident back in July and we were asked to step in and see

00:03:20
the church. Each through the healing process

00:03:22
and help them in the establishment of finding their

00:03:25
next Pastor. So that's part of what we do and

00:03:32
it's a very fulfilling, very challenging outside our comfort

00:03:37
zone so many times but we're up here in the area of Greeley

00:03:42
Windsor. Loveland Fort Collins to see how

00:03:47
the Lord is going to see us through it.

00:03:50
And just, by way of reminder, Bob, how many total years have

00:03:53
you been in Ministry, including pastoral Ministry?

00:03:59
Ever, since I became a Believer, he jumped right into things back

00:04:05
in 1969. That's when we encountered

00:04:08
Calvary Chapel, they came up to Oregon.

00:04:10
So watching the Jesus Revolution movie just brought brought back

00:04:14
memories. So, you know, those days of

00:04:19
laying hands on the car to get it started and all that.

00:04:23
Yeah. Maybe you lived in one of those

00:04:25
communal Ministry houses than you.

00:04:28
Yeah, yeah. Yeah I ran I was in charge of

00:04:30
two of them one in Portland. Oregon one in Richmond Virginia.

00:04:34
We planted. Yeah.

00:04:36
Amazing Days. Lots of stories.

00:04:38
Yeah. I think before we end this

00:04:39
season we're going to have a Jesus Revolution conversation on

00:04:43
this. I think I think many people

00:04:45
would love to hear your perspective.

00:04:47
Okay. Yeah, good.

00:04:48
We got it just came to mind but today, so thanks for that

00:04:51
Insight your up in Northern Colorado.

00:04:53
And I know that you're bringing you and Jeanie your wife or

00:04:56
bringing a solid state. Stability.

00:04:59
That's the word I think of all. We were studying this week about

00:05:03
Moses and Aaron and Hur. And one of the words that that

00:05:06
stuck out in Exodus 17 to me, which will be our next episode

00:05:09
actually. But one of the words that stood

00:05:12
out to me was steady and I think you brought an are bringing

00:05:16
currently a steadiness to a church.

00:05:19
That was deeply deeply hurt, which brings us to our topic

00:05:23
today, be the church was hurt by the sudden it was sudden.

00:05:28
Idiot tragic loss. And it really hit the church

00:05:35
hard. I mean, I hit our community

00:05:36
hard, it's cotton Nancy were. Yes.

00:05:38
Wonderful. Wonderful pillars.

00:05:40
Within the calvary family throughout Colorado and they

00:05:43
have been almost. I think I've known him almost

00:05:46
since when I moved here and he was serving in Colorado Springs.

00:05:51
And and so right, I share a little bit of that and I think

00:05:53
it's important for you to give us a little perspective because

00:05:58
Limping implies a permanent pain.

00:06:04
That limping is a, is adjustment to some type of pain or previous

00:06:09
injury. And I think that you guys

00:06:12
listening in right now words like hurt, bruised, battered

00:06:20
worn-out, hindered, you could think of the ways, it was it's

00:06:26
happened. Lied, lied about Slandered

00:06:30
families coming and going, you know, especially as we have this

00:06:33
kind of sub-theme of ministering post.

00:06:36
Pandemic. Ministering to others is

00:06:39
difficult. It's hard.

00:06:41
It's challenging. And because of that, we get

00:06:45
injured as leaders and servants and this is both Pat from the

00:06:49
Pastoral level to overseeing a life group, or a homegroup, we

00:06:53
get hurt. We get battered and bruised.

00:06:56
I love that word, but we still need to move forward.

00:06:58
Because of what God has called us to do.

00:07:01
And so just as we begin any initial thoughts on the topic

00:07:04
like you've been doing this a long time Bob.

00:07:07
So I'm going to, I'm going to just go out on a limb and say

00:07:11
that you have you have led with a limp?

00:07:16
Can you talk about that? Yeah.

00:07:18
When I when I think of that topic I think of David who

00:07:23
became king later but When he first came into the picture with

00:07:31
the Goliath scene and the armies of Israel, his rationale was he

00:07:38
fought with a lion and a bear as a as a little guy watching his

00:07:43
father's sheep and he put his life at risk to rescue that

00:07:48
sheep and he says that he grabbed it by the beard to take

00:07:54
the lamb out of its mouth. Mean, I can't even do that with

00:07:57
my dogs and take something out of its mouth, that it was.

00:08:00
And so I'm wondering what kind of scars were on David with a

00:08:07
close encounter of the seventh kind of went, he's ripping out a

00:08:15
lamb out of the mouth of a lion or out of a bear.

00:08:18
And so those scars to David, were Victory scars because those

00:08:25
scars remind In the name of God's Victory and they became

00:08:30
his, they became a testimony to him that no matter how big the

00:08:34
enemy he could win. And God has this way of taking

00:08:37
our scars and turn them into Victory scars and our limps like

00:08:42
Jacob had and turning them into Victory scars as well.

00:08:49
I was thinking it would be counterintuitive to think that

00:08:54
leadership would be a attached to two limping.

00:08:58
Like it's counterintuitive to think that through our

00:09:01
weaknesses. We're going to lead better the

00:09:04
world teaches just the opposite. Yes.

00:09:06
I mean it was preparation per day that for later on and going

00:09:13
through times of Brokenness which is kind of a the name of

00:09:17
the umbrella that maybe all this falls into is a is a preparation

00:09:22
that the Lord allows to be able to bring empathy to be able to

00:09:28
bring humility to be able to bring perspective in what you're

00:09:33
doing because you're not dealing with car engines, where you're

00:09:37
just trying to fix it. You're dealing with people and

00:09:41
it's all fluid and you never know.

00:09:43
I mean, it's worse than a like Forrest Gump said, it's worse

00:09:46
than a box of chocolates. You never know what you're going

00:09:48
to get. So, Many times you're trying to

00:09:51
help somebody and all of a sudden all this other stuff

00:09:54
comes out. And and but the holy spirit is

00:09:58
sufficient, I mean, God's grace is sufficient to be able to help

00:10:03
us when we are shocked with what is unfolding in front of us, you

00:10:10
know, in this episode comes what you and I are talking about

00:10:13
right now comes on the heels of our, our last episode doubting

00:10:17
wondering if we should be in the ministry or not or whether Sir,

00:10:20
we should lead or not and it really does these blows these

00:10:24
hardships. These difficulties, these this,

00:10:29
these attacks, these, you know, I think of I think of within the

00:10:34
church. There are people issues there

00:10:36
are money issues, there are Vision issues, there's

00:10:40
insecurities, there are fears and anxieties.

00:10:44
And we're if we're not careful, we try to spend our whole life

00:10:48
to get out from under them, instead of Embracing the this

00:10:52
fact and David said, this in Psalm 34 Verse 18, the Lord is

00:10:56
near to those who have a broken heart and save such as have a

00:11:03
contrite spirit that The Nearness of the Lord comes

00:11:09
through these broken situations. And here's the thing and I'm

00:11:14
good, I've been guilty of this and I wonder if you have as

00:11:16
well. I won't speak for you but I've

00:11:18
absolutely been guilty. Of trying to get as far away

00:11:21
from Brokenness and pain as I possibly can.

00:11:25
And I've done it by getting trying to trying to get back.

00:11:30
I've done it by going on vacation.

00:11:32
I've done it by burying myself in a book.

00:11:34
I've done it by silent treatment.

00:11:37
I've done it in so many different fleshly ways.

00:11:41
It's when the Lord's almost saying but Ed this is a gift I'm

00:11:46
giving to you. That's going to draw you.

00:11:50
Dear to me. And when you draw near to me I

00:11:52
draw near to you have you found yourself trying to run away from

00:11:56
Brokenness? Oh yes.

00:11:58
Absolutely, absolutely. I mean I want to finish well,

00:12:04
I've made a lot of mistakes in my life and I don't have much

00:12:07
time to make any more mistakes and to recover from them.

00:12:09
And so I want to finish well, and I asked the Lord, so often

00:12:15
Lord just give me common sense. I need common sense because I

00:12:19
don't want to make a foolish mistake and then I don't have

00:12:22
much time to reap out out of it and so but you discover in those

00:12:30
times of Brokenness and pain and and being way in over your head,

00:12:36
Deuteronomy 33 says underneath are the Everlasting Arms and so

00:12:41
how can we learn the depth of God's Comfort unless he allows

00:12:47
deep trial and then he shows his Deeper comfort and restoration

00:12:53
and and the grace and you get a heart knowledge of it and so

00:13:01
those are necessary. I mean, any leader has to have

00:13:05
times of Brokenness to be able to have a depth of ministry that

00:13:09
were depth is super important because I think that the Jesus

00:13:13
would teach us that the way up is down, if you want to be great

00:13:16
in God's kingdom, you need to be the servant of all And when we

00:13:20
speak of depth, you know, going down and let God doing deep deep

00:13:25
work in us, I was reminded of another place that Hebrew word

00:13:30
contrite is used in Isaiah, 57 in verse 15.

00:13:34
It says for thus, says the high and lofty.

00:13:36
One who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy.

00:13:40
I dwell in the high and holy place with him, who has a

00:13:45
contrite in a humble spirit. And then he says, to revive the

00:13:49
spirit. A humble and to revive the heart

00:13:53
of the contrite ones. And and so the work of the Holy

00:13:56
Spirit going, deep, that work of Revival comes from Brokenness.

00:14:00
It comes from a depth directly acknowledging that this is what

00:14:06
I'm doing, what? What I'm involved in, even my

00:14:10
identity is in Christ to serve him well and not to hide, you

00:14:15
know, one of the ways that we respond to Brokenness and and

00:14:20
Limping. As we try to hide it, we try to

00:14:22
downplay it, we try to deny it because we there's a sense and

00:14:26
you guys listening in. Like I'm sure you felt this.

00:14:28
Like if I show any sign of weakness then people won't

00:14:32
follow me. If I show any sign of weakness

00:14:35
then people won't trust me. I mean they're good they're good

00:14:39
thoughts but not necessarily going to lead you.

00:14:42
If you're not careful that they won't lead you to the right

00:14:45
conclusion because of course people will follow you there.

00:14:48
Broken two and Course people will trust you.

00:14:51
I mean some won't but we're not going to we're not going to

00:14:54
serve people by the some we're going to serve people by what's

00:14:57
right before the Lord. We're going to have the fear of

00:15:00
God, not the fear of man. And yes, let's go back to a

00:15:05
moment. Let's go back.

00:15:06
Bob in your thinking to Jacob for a second because

00:15:09
commentators Bible teachers, they'll take the wrestling with

00:15:13
God and draw out a lot of a lot of key expository.

00:15:20
It's on them. But I want to suggest one to you

00:15:21
and I want your thoughts on it. You haven't told you this yet.

00:15:24
So I want you to think about this, they're the depth and the

00:15:28
quality of life that was built into Jacob during that time of

00:15:35
wrestling. I want you to consider this, it

00:15:38
was in wrestling with God, that Jacob found his true identity

00:15:44
because his name was changed. It was changed from supplanter

00:15:49
to To being ruled by God and no longer trying to be enrolled

00:15:54
under his own strength and doing his own thing.

00:15:56
And although that was a part. If we would using New Covenant

00:15:59
terms that would be a part of his flesh.

00:16:01
The rest of his life, his identity came through the

00:16:06
wrestling and also through the final, the final, you know, hip

00:16:10
socket, God dealing with him and he's going to walk around with a

00:16:15
limp the rest of his life. So his limp actually reminded

00:16:18
him of It was a constant reminder of his true identity.

00:16:22
What do you think about that? I believe that with all my heart

00:16:26
because he was going to be facing some serious serious

00:16:29
things in the future as he entered into the land, dealing

00:16:33
with well, starting off dealing with Esau and, and then, coming

00:16:37
into shechem with what happened with his daughter Dinah, and

00:16:41
then everybody's against me, you know, about and how and then the

00:16:46
the loss of Rachel and then the loss of Joseph and and all the

00:16:52
rest of it. And so, all during that he had

00:16:56
that limp and all they could do was fall back upon the fact.

00:16:59
Like the only way I can win through this is to Prevail

00:17:05
through prayer through intercession and we don't like

00:17:11
to have Glimpse. We want to be looking very well

00:17:14
and God brings things into our life, too.

00:17:20
I guess their impact moments, where it changes, our

00:17:24
perspective, for the rest of our life.

00:17:26
In a good way. It's important to you guys

00:17:28
listening in that. Alright, our identity, if we're

00:17:31
looking at identity with relationship to Jacob or now,

00:17:35
Israel is not in the limp and that's one of the mistakes I

00:17:40
think is made that does not help leadership and servant is that

00:17:45
some have taken the position of. Oh, I'm always going through it

00:17:48
and they're attacking me again. And what their identity is in

00:17:51
the limp. Their identity is in the plan

00:17:54
that they're facing instead of no, no, no, that that's part of

00:17:57
life. But your identity is to be ruled

00:17:59
by God, your identity is to be that Mom at home, or to be that

00:18:04
employee, or that leader that Ministry overseer, or that our

00:18:08
identities, not in the limp, it's in who we are in Christ.

00:18:13
But the limp reminds us and I've never, I've always had Ministry

00:18:17
stuff happening in my life and you No normal everyday stuff.

00:18:21
But when our son passed away 10 years ago that this, this was

00:18:25
super challenging it transformed my life.

00:18:28
The, the loss of my son was a transformative moment in time

00:18:34
that has been ongoing for 10 years that intertwined with all

00:18:38
these different Temptations and difficulties.

00:18:40
And one of The Temptations was to identify with my loss because

00:18:46
other people would then begin to identify, that's how it all

00:18:49
started. I'm sad and it's hard, and it's

00:18:51
challenging, and it's attacking my marriage, that attacking my

00:18:54
kids, attacking my emotions, and I get back into church, and

00:18:59
there's an identification. Now, that's been added to me.

00:19:02
Now, I have a new limp and it's a pretty obvious limp.

00:19:05
It's that's one thing about limps to guess if we would have

00:19:08
taken some notes for this. We could have said, wow, you

00:19:11
know, lips are pretty obvious to there, that's one of the things

00:19:14
you notice about someone is the way they walk and if they walk

00:19:18
with a limp and And in the Temptation though with something

00:19:22
that's obvious is then to that becomes your identity and we do

00:19:27
live in a culture that and whether we like it or not, that

00:19:31
we're tempted to be the victim because it does, it does send,

00:19:36
it does help us. I mean, it doesn't help.

00:19:39
What am I trying to say it? Like, the victim mentality kind

00:19:43
of caudill's that part of us that needs attention or wants

00:19:46
attention, but the Lord's not in that.

00:19:48
Yeah, we he's given us. The victory by the blood of

00:19:51
Jesus Christ. And I don't want to pause just

00:19:53
for a second and say I've seen this in pastures.

00:19:57
Oh, my church, isn't this? And oh, I don't have these.

00:20:00
Oh, I'm not. Yeah, and before, you know, it

00:20:02
like that that's just something that God has allowed in your

00:20:04
life to draw you near to him. So you can be more usable, not

00:20:09
less. And so, the limp is in your

00:20:11
identity, your identity is in the Victorious, work of the

00:20:15
Cross and the blood that is forgiven, you of your sins and

00:20:17
removed, your guilt and shame. And then it reminds me of that

00:20:22
illustration of somebody stabbing a knife into your back.

00:20:28
And then you want to make sure everybody sees the knife because

00:20:33
how unjust, how unfair that was so wrong.

00:20:36
Look what they did to me and the Lord wants to heal it, but you

00:20:40
got to take the knife out, but to take the knife out, then

00:20:43
nobody will see it. And so you want to keep the

00:20:46
knife in and wonder why you're in such pain.

00:20:50
But you're using the knife, as your identity, instead of the

00:20:55
victory scar of the Lord healing it.

00:20:57
And so sometimes we don't want to take the knife out because no

00:21:03
one will know how badly we retreated.

00:21:05
And that's never the testimony of God.

00:21:08
It's how he comes in after those things, because look, what they

00:21:12
did to the Lord Jesus. And yet he loved that father,

00:21:15
forgive them for, they don't know what they do.

00:21:18
And so, If any of you that are listening know that you have a

00:21:24
knife in your back and you sense you're using it as your

00:21:27
identity, you need to get alone with the Lord and say I need to

00:21:33
take this out, don't ask him to remove it, you have to take a

00:21:38
hold of the handle and pull it out through his strength so he

00:21:42
can heal the wound. That's a real good point Bob

00:21:44
because we, we can kind of collect our wounds.

00:21:49
He's in a box and just just kind of.

00:21:53
And then when you get together with other, guys, a, how are

00:21:55
you? How's your, it's kind of like

00:21:58
when you age and you're only talking about all your injuries,

00:22:01
how's your, how's your angina? And how is your arthritis, and

00:22:06
all the things that our bodies are falling apart.

00:22:09
And I think the longevity and Ministry to is like, you know,

00:22:12
how is this issue? And I was at issue and how is

00:22:14
this issue and but there's another Edition, you know, as in

00:22:18
learning our identity and I think this will be the final

00:22:21
sub, you know, subtopic that we do on as we're getting close to

00:22:25
time here, but I think of another thing that that leading

00:22:29
with a limp, really helps us with because the ministry and

00:22:34
serving and even places of leadership and oversight have a

00:22:38
tendency to be co-opted and taken over by these desires for

00:22:45
a position, or a title, or some sort of Power Authority, a

00:22:52
privilege, and even a sense of entitlement, and I have found

00:22:57
over the years that the limping in my life.

00:23:00
And I think, even when I stepped into the ministry here, back in

00:23:04
1999, I there I am going back in 1999, Bob when I stepped into

00:23:09
ministry here in Colorado. I was, I was stepping into a

00:23:14
challenging situation with a taking over for another pass.

00:23:19
That it had a bible study on this side of town and and I had

00:23:23
a lot of issues to take care of in the wounds of this church

00:23:26
started in the very first few months of my oversight, that was

00:23:30
entrusted to me. And and, and they've collected

00:23:33
over the years that they have the box would have.

00:23:36
I'd have to have a storage unit. I think if we were looking to

00:23:40
collect them but they because of those though, I would say that

00:23:46
Brokenness and contrite necess and humility.

00:23:49
A tea and a closeness to Christ. Has helped me deal with these

00:23:54
Temptations of using positions wrongly or using a title wrong,

00:24:00
or using the power vested in me. That leading with the limp house

00:24:05
helps me to to see that character and attitude are

00:24:12
forged in my life through these things.

00:24:15
And yes, I'm I'm not there yet, but Paul would even say that.

00:24:20
He came to a place in his life which is unbelievable to me, but

00:24:23
he talked about boasting in his infirmities.

00:24:26
Yeah, it reminds me of bad tools that you can buy on the internet

00:24:32
that are super cheap but they haven't been forged and and how

00:24:36
they're forged is that steel that material has to be heated

00:24:41
up, red-hot and smashed. And that's and then it over and

00:24:47
over and over again. And that's what bill It's up a

00:24:50
high quality tool is that it's gone through forging in an

00:24:54
intense process especially those that are doing like torque and

00:25:00
you're relying upon that to have a certain pressure that has to

00:25:05
be put up on a bolt yet. You don't want crummy tool

00:25:10
because it will break under the pressure.

00:25:12
As we look at how God is fashioning and molding us and

00:25:16
forging us through these difficulties.

00:25:19
Super important for you guys listening in as we wind down

00:25:22
today that you get your life and your identity and your worth

00:25:27
from Christ, and not from Ministry.

00:25:30
And these little episodes along the way.

00:25:33
I think of things that are surrounding us right now, not

00:25:36
me, personally, although I can add my own personal things, but

00:25:39
I think of prodigal kids, I think of financial challenges.

00:25:43
I think of cultural pressures. I think for some denominational

00:25:48
pressures, I Think of the reality of inflation hitting

00:25:53
homes. And so that's bringing a lot of

00:25:55
stress into the home. So, moms and dads are fighting,

00:25:59
kids are caught in the middle. I think of the social media

00:26:02
issues that are upon us, I think of the culture, you know, the

00:26:06
the the approach that we take here, it has to be from a place

00:26:11
of humility and Brokenness, it has to be from a place of

00:26:15
knowing who we are in Christ, knowing the calling of God Upon

00:26:19
Our Lives. That we can move forward and I

00:26:22
guess the, the title here, I'm not even sure.

00:26:25
How many people stuck with us all the way to the end but if

00:26:28
you're limping that's normal and we maybe could have led with

00:26:31
that. But if you're limping right now

00:26:33
because you've been wounded serving God or wounded in life

00:26:37
because of the sinfulness of man or your own sinfulness, that is

00:26:41
normal and it actually can not can but it can if you allow it.

00:26:46
So it actually can work for your advantage if you allow it.

00:26:49
Any final thoughts on that. Bob, I think it's part of not my

00:26:53
will, but thine be done and it's been said that worship is that

00:27:03
the meaning of worship is to bow down or to kiss the feet and

00:27:08
really, it has to do with surrendering the will to the one

00:27:12
that you're worshiping. And you have to let the Lord

00:27:17
paint his own picture with you because You are his workmanship,

00:27:21
you're not your own workmanship, the so good.

00:27:24
Bob, we've come to the end of this episode.

00:27:27
I thank you guys for tuning in listening in Sharing.

00:27:32
We've seen an overwhelming response to this season.

00:27:35
I think we're tapping in to something at least.

00:27:37
This is what's happened mean really the podcast episodes are

00:27:40
just life. What we're going through here,

00:27:42
what we're facing and even the interesting content, the

00:27:45
interesting part of where Bob serving up North, I'm serving

00:27:49
down here. South in the Denver metro area

00:27:51
and so he's got a different context of what he's been

00:27:54
working through. I've got a context.

00:27:56
What I've been working through and leading with a limp is

00:27:58
normal. It is part of the process and

00:28:02
you can even see that. It's God is using it to draw.

00:28:05
You near to him. We are at the end of today's
