Mike speaks with Angie Thornton about the good desire to address the immediate felt needs of our hearers, and the importance of digging deeper in order to get to the real heart of the matter.

Together with her husband Dan, Angie served the Lord in Senegal for 10 years in leadership training. Settled in Montreal with their 2 daughters since August 2017, they continue to trainleaders among French Canadians, theleast evangelized people groupin the Western Hemisphere. Angie is the Women’s Ministry Director forThe Gospel CoalitionQuebec(SOLA). She holds an MDiv from Moody Theological Seminary and publishes regularly in English at herblog.
